Currently if somebody enters a help:/ uri into the location bar of Dolphin,
they will get a somewhat cryptic "url cannot be listed".

This is obviously because Dolphin cannot handle help:/ locations since it's not
an HTML renderer, but better behavior would be to launch the help:/ in
khelpcenter or Konqueror or something.
