After downloading a file from Firefox (with the "Open" option the one selected,
so that the PDF downloads to a temp folder), it opens in KPDF, and when one
tries to use KPDF's "Save" and "Save as" dialogues this message is spit out:

"File could not be saved in '[location]'. Try to save it to another location."

Did you close firefox before choosing file -> save?
