When trying to download citations from IEEEXplore (academic research platform),
the resulting view is always empty.
E.g.
http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/search/srchabstract.jsp?arnumber=1314788&isnumber=29136&punumber=9185&k2dockey=1314788@ieeecnfs&query=%28+wsla%3Cin%3Ede%29&pos=5&access=no


In the left pane, click on "Download" (format does not matter) - this is freely
accessible, also without an account.

A new window/tab is opened but is empty.
The same link works fine in Firefox.
