I just ran into this ancient bug (?) when fiddling with the settings in my
freshly installed KDE 4.1.1 ... it was quite baffling most of the day trying to
figure out where the alt-tab box disappeared to until I found this old bug
report and realised I'd changed the setting to FocusUnderMouse at some point.
Changing it to FocusFollowsMouse "fixed" things up for me.
