This is a bug indeed. The problem is that the handbook is related to version
0.3 of KBlackBox (for KDE 3) and not 0.4 (for KDE 4). The german translation is
still missing for this version. The version 0.3 of the handbook is obsolete and
doesn't match the GUI anymore...

In the version 0.4, the page with the missing picture has been removed, as you
can see here: http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/kdegames/kblackbox/

However, I'm not in charge of the translation. The i18n team should be
contacted...
