What should we do with a data: URI?  Kopete apparently equips the mime data with the \
picture in every conceivable format, including a base 64-encoded URI.

The URI starts with "data:image/png;base64," and continues with the base 64 encoding. \
Do we want to decode it in Icon and... save it to a file?  Do we want to ignore it \
and do nothing if the data isn't exported in another mimetype that another applet \
says it can deal with?

I think I'd lean towards doing nothing with "data:" uris, since there's no obvious \
thing to do with them.  A folderview can create a file, but the desktop and panel do \
not represent folders.
