I'd suggest to try and find a working driver first (depending on how long you can \
return the thing). There are quite some last-ditch efforts if there is no native \
driver for Linux, for example two NDIS emulator drivers that make the original \
windows drivers work under Linux. In general, before buying or exchanging wireless \
hardware, it's worthwhile to google the model first to find out about drivers and \
other people's experiences.
