Pick a method to fix this:
1. remove the Modules= lines from ~/.kde/share/config/noatunrc
2. delete ~/.kde/share/config/noatunrc
3. run noatun and then run the command: `dcop noatun Noatun loadPlugin excellent.plugin`

This problem was fixed for KDE4, but that's kind of moot because Noatun isn't part of KDE4.
