"Show stripes next to the title" checbox option in Oxygen style should be turn on by \
default IMO. 

Active window would be easier to recognise from inactive one then. I know that there \
were many posts on this bugzilla about this issue but this option is new. Those three \
stripes are really good looking, elegant, non intrusive way of solving this issue.  \
Pleas fix it before shipping 4.1 

(I use openSUSE11, kde4.1rc1 packages, oxygen without stripes is set as default here)
