Ozone theme, displaying inability to differentiate between active and
non-active windows.

In Kubuntu with KDE 4.1 Beta 2 at least, using Ozone instead of Oxygen does not
solve the problem. Should I reopen this bug, or file a bug with Ubuntu? Note
that in Ozone there is the option to "Blend title bar colors with window
contents". This must be checked to have distinctive title bars and window
borders. Maybe Ozone with this option checked should be the default? The
default in KDE 4.1 Beta 2 is Oxygen.
