Ok, you're right in case of not already having new logs in Kopete from KDE4.
My problem was already a bit different. I already produced logs in the KDE4 Kopete, \
which were written to a different folder than in KDE3. As a result, I had to merge \
all double logs from the concerned month to get old and new logs together in a text \
editor. This merging could be done by Kopete itself, anyway.
