the GNOME 1 Application framework project created by wizard can't be builded;

detail info is as follows:

after the project is create, I build it , then a meaasgebox popup, it says: 

"There is no Makefile in this directory
and no configure script for this project.
Run automake & friends and configure first?"

I choose "Run them"

then the error occurs, just like following:
