I vote for colors in windeco.
Why?
Consistency for the user.

We do have an option in systemsettings to set the window decoration color, and oxygen \
simply ignores it. Now think about a new user tha does not know that oxygen ignores \
the window title color option, he will go to systemsettings, will see that yes, there \
is a color set in the window title, confused will try to change it click apply... and \
nothing happens! I would go beyond the proposed patch, and make it default to have \
colors for the sake of the user sanity :-P
