Well, I just tried --nosound and it worked, but this is all a moot point for me now; \
I only have 256 MB of ram, which just isn't enough, and no one makes my kind of ram \
anymore. I guess it's time for an upgrade. I don't suppose it is possible to start in \
fullscreen from a terminal without X?
