Andreas, sorry for not being specific, I rephrase:

When you run "find in files" program switches to find pane, please show the stop \
button there. Or anything similar -- but either in this pane (or maybe in the dialog, \
with progress bar? -- just thinking out loud).

Reason: it is good to gather all related tools in one place, not to in various \
places, because it makes user loose the focus. Of course being able to press esc is a \
valuable tool too.

Ok, so I am reopening, I think opening another report would be too much ;-)
