Keyboard layout switch shortcut (Ctrl+K, here Win+Space, but that is true regardless \
of shortcut) doesn't work when any popup window is active.  For instance, when \
Firefox pops combo box input history (in a form) or location history.  In effect, I \
have to do Esc (to hide the popup) and then switch layout, which is quite annoying.

Switching layouts works fine when a normal window (with decorations, etc.) is active. \
I guess it doesn't work in all popups, e.g. combo box dropdown, window or Alt+F1 \
menu, etc.
