This can be done with the --build-system-only option, which will bail out of a build \
before the configure script is run.

You can then go to the source dirs to run ./configure --help and see what options are \
available, and then re-run kdesvn-build without --build-system-only.

This doesn't apply to CMake-based modules, where you can typically just use ccmake to \
see what's available before building.
