its just switched back from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) a \
week ago in the UK. UTC is the same as GMT so it should be fine.

anyway using setUTC{Minutes,Seconds,Milliseconds} shouldn't be incrementing the hour \
irrespective of the current timezone.
