ktorrent-2.2.2/plugins/scheduler/schedulerplugin.cpp line 53:

	const QString NAME = "Bandwith Scheduler";

change "Bandwith" to "Bandwidth"

Note that: ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/plugins also contains the name as:

Bandwith Scheduler

So when you fix this bug, you must ensure that the new version correctly imports (by correcting) the plugins list from old versions, since apparently you are loading plugins by name.
