I think I might have found one of the possible causes of the problem: session saving!

I've noticed that the next time I open a session again, I've got two kwrite.

However, I still think there's something wrong with ksystraycmd with autostart \
because sometimes I would just get one kwrite instead of two (one from previous \
session, and one from autostart). And sometimes no kwrite is in the systray while I \
expect one kwrite to be there since it's called by autostart in this session and \
ksystraycmd.
