this will be configurable via the size of the panel it is on.

and way too small. apps should get with the times and provide better icons. there is \
a standard way to do this for any x11 app.

since this is the heart of the bug report, i'm closing it with "won't fix" because \
... well ... i'm not interested in crippling the taskbar because some apps still \
think it is 1995 ;)
