patch addressing the remaining details, now that deprecated methods, enums and
types are going away. Remove linkage to Qt3Support and usage of Kde3Support

- ported Linedit's spellchecking to Sonnet::Dialog from K3Spell 
  (but can't setup properly Sonnet here, so needs testing)
- ported some usage of exit_loop/enter_loop => QEventLoop.
  Did I do that right? cf. xml/dom_docimpl.cpp 
- ifdef'ed out some usage of QEvent::AccelAvailable in render_form.cpp as
  I couldn't figure what to replace it with yet.
  Does that ring a bell to someone?
