Good point... But there is a feature (not a workaround for a change) that lets you \
apply this sort of setting per-application. First, make sure your global setting is \
still at aspell. Then, open ~/.kde/share/config/konquerorc in a text editor, and add \
the following to the very bottom:

[KSpell]
KSpell_Client=0

This will override the setting for konqueror only.
