I've tried both nipfilter and pipfilter from 2007.10.10 and 2007.10.15 and all fail \
in the "convert" stage. It goes to 97%, then stops with "Could not load filter: Bad \
filter file. It may be corrupted or has a bad format".

Also: The blocklist.org site mentioned doesn't work any more.
