Hi,
By now, I've upgraded to openSUSE 10.2 for x86-64, using KDE 3.5.7 release 79.2 from \
openSUSE 10.2 KDE: and KDE:Backports repositories.
rpm -q kdebase3 => kdebase3-3.5.7-91.1
I've just upgraded to the first binary snapshot of the stable KDevelop 3.5.x release \
series using the following rpm: \
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/amilcarlucas/openSUSE_10.2/x86_64/kdevelop3-3.4.90-9.1.x86_64.rpm.
The problem described above is back - even when all code completion-related options \
on the "Code completion" tab in Project Options->C++ Support are turned off.
This seems to be a regression as compared to the previous Kdevelop 3.4.1. For \
example, if I downgrade to KDevelop 3.4.1 from the stable snapshot built by you guys \
around 2007-07-30 (kdevelop3-3.4.1-77.1.x86_64.rpm, the rpm itself was downloaded \
from the "home:/amilcarlucas" repository, not longer present there thought having \
been replaced by same opensuse repository as kdevelop3-3.4.90-9.1.x86_64.rpm), then \
the problem is not present, and code completion is almost instantaneous when options \
on the "Code completion" tab in Project Options->C++ Support are turned off.
