I have a bug very similar with this one. Amarok 1.4.7 forgets its database folders at \
random (it happened to me 4 times in 3 weeks). It always happened after a clean \
Amarok shutdown. I cannot reproduce the bug by no means. This is another bug or the \
bug was shut down prematurely.
