I have an IMAP account where I have 

a) folders that contain actual mail

b) folders that contain other folders

It seems that folders of type (b) cannot be removed, even if they are empty. The \
context menu that opens when I right-click on the folder name in the list of folders \
does not show the entry "remove folders" that I see in the context menu for folders \
of type (a). For me, the only way to remove these folders is to move them to the \
local disk, and to remove them there.

This is something of a nuisance in an otherwise great program. A bugfix would be \
highly appreciated.
