It is ok that it defined in kldap_config.h. But what system header? Can you do a grep \
in /usr/include or wherever the system header files are located for \
ldap_extended_operation? Maybe it needs a funny #define again, like for ber_scanf and \
ber_printf. Also can you try to re-run cmake, but delete CMakeCache.txt before? \
