Its not anywhere in the code, its the overall design. You are imagining that the \
smart playlist is loaded in the background, and then random tracks are taken out of \
it for the dynamic playlist. This isn't what happens, so order doesn't have any \
bearing at all. It uses the rules specified by the smart playlist and queries the \
database, with the limit determined by how many tracks it needs to add.
