Angus I think you're right, not only with the fact that this existed before (which \
makes this a regression instead of a fix) but also that the change was eventually \
done to not having to step through the warnings. The developer who did this change \
worked on code that produced many warnings (of which many were irrelevant at that \
point), so I guess this was to a certain extent to help him work on code. However the \
change was correct in principle as for a shortcut to jump between errors its wrong to \
also consider warnings, unfortunately he didn't add an additional shortcut to jump \
between warnings.
Its even more unfortunate that this might not be fixable anymore in KDevelop3 as the \
KDE maintainers don't want to lift the feature and message freeze on KDE3 anymore.
