Not fixed in KDevelop 3.4.1
The GUI does not reflect the real state.
Example:
Project->Project Options->Build Options-> Make Tab
Unmark "Run multiple jobs"
Press Ok

Project->Project Options->Build Options-> Make Tab
"Run multiple jobs" is checked again
