Ctrl+C is not supported in the outputview.

You can however use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple lines and when \
selecting the last line use right-click. This is a bad workaround, but you're not \
stuck copying only single lines.

If you want this fixed, the best way is to come up with a patch, work on Kdevelop3 \
has more or less come to a halt now.
