I can verify this bug. It only happens to me when another bug occurs however
With a certain feed (http://rss.a.scarywater.net/) sometimes a few articles won't get \
marked as unread when I do a "mark all feeds as read" When this happens I notice this \
bug, and the unread count in the systray is messed up too. Sometimes even in the list \
the 'all feeds' count is a bit off. Its also not just an 'unread' but 'new' status \
also. I think this bug was also mentioned in another bug where the systray count \
could go negative
