The countries Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania are erroneously grouped as being in the \
centralafrica region, yet are actually in eastafrica. A new region called eastafrica \
should be added, and these countries moved there instead. Uganda (ug), Kenya (ke), \
and Tanzania (tz) are part of eastafrica and not part of central africa
