I am using KDE 3.5.5 and seeing this problem. I import calendars from google via \
GCalDaemon. The .ics files contain recurring events with a UTC time (timestamp ending \
on "Z"). Those and only those events are displayed in KOrganizer with the wrong time. \
They are offset -2 hours, which corrsponds to my timezone (UTC+2 at the moment).
