It moves its close button to the same side that KDE's close button is on. So just put your close buttons in KDE on the left corner and KNotes will follow. This is what I do, btw. My close buttons are all on the left side of the window, including KNotes' close buttons. Thus, I'll close this bug. If it doesn't work for you, then it's not a wish, it's bug that needs fixing ;-) Oh, and obviously, just moving the close button away from the corner but leaving it on the right side won't change anything in KNotes because KNotes only has one button.
