Well, I guess: remove the hidden dir.

There won't be a filelist in kdevelop4 anymore, at least the generic filemanager \
doesn't use one currently. (and other project managers didn't do that anyway).

Anyway all this stuff is
a) subject to another major change (i.e. how we store shareable and non-shareable \
informations) b) subject to changes in general as we start to "eat our own dogfood".

One thing that may be possible: storing relative paths and storing the absolute path \
to which they are relative to (if its not projectdir).
