The code dealing with relative paths is spread all over our code-base. Its really \
hard to maintain and I as a developer welcome the fact that kdevelop4 only uses \
absolute paths.

That said: We don't plan to keep you from sharing your project, which includes a \
.kdev4 project file. In fact we already have kdevelop4 code in place that stores such \
absolute paths in a hidden dir in a non-shareable .kdev4 file. Thats the part you'll \
never want to share, however other settings (for instance astyle stuff) will be \
shareable.
