I'm bumping this bug for two reasons:

* This bothers me as well since I usually have my applications vertically maximized \
without border. The dead pixels at the top are really unnecessary and make it more \
                difficult to use the menu.
* This bug is present in KDE 4 from SVN right now, and I would like to make the \
developers aware of this before any freeze, in case it requires changes that affect \
binary compatibility etc.
