Applications for historical reasons always explicitly specify a location for dialogs \
and KWin obeys it, for historical reasons (see bug #78082). So this WONTFIX is rather \
CANTFIX. You can however configure KWin to ignore requested geometry for dialogs \
(Alt+F3/Special window settings/Workarounds -> enable Ignore requested geometry, set \
to Force, set to disabled - you can also do that for all dialogs in \
Alt+F3/Configure/Window-specific settings -> New and make it apply to all dialogs by \
marking everything in first two tabs as Unimportant and select only Dialog as the \
window type).
