After I accidentally overwrote an original image yesterday, I looked at
this thread again.Apart from the more complicated to implement approaches
of version management, it has been suggested in a couple of posts to have
a warning when an existing image is overwritten.
Wouldn't it be possible for the moment just to
implement a warning box that the user is about
to overwrite an existing image?
All the rest about versioning, grouping of images etc.
could be left for later ...
(P.S.: Fortunately, I do have a separate backup of my images, but
"Save" and "Save as" are just too close, to easily destroy the original ;-)
