Click on one of the previews.
You will get either a new window or new tab depending on your konqueror setup. At \
that point there will be a back option (shouldn't be) and if you click back, you \
receive the following message in a dialog box:

Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unknown protocol ''.
