Yes I know the QM got a bit slower, especially on more complex projects like the QT4 \
sources. I can't do anything about it, but you can. Open Project Options->QMake and \
disable the "Read QMake Default Options". This will make the QM not start a process \
inside each subdir which run qmake with an empty project to get the default variable \
values for the internal variables.

As for not seeing some subprojects: I need the .pro file containing the SUBDIRS \
declaration to debug this. Note: QM cannot handle windows lineendings and also QM \
shows subprojects which are only available in a scope under the scope in the tree.
