I just figured out that the existing code still works for the QM too.

0. Clear out "main program" in the project run options
1. in the QM, select the subproject you want to debug (or run)
2. Debug->Start
=> selected ("active") subproject is started in the debugger

(Special care needs to be taken when testing this - make sure you _stop_ the debugger \
between attempts, or it will just restart the last binary.)

Usability-wise it's.. less than optimal, but it bloody well works.
