Summary: "Program not found" error message provides too little
                    info.
           Product: ark
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: henrique.pinto kdemail net
        ReportedBy: rulatir wp pl

Version: 2.6.4 (using KDE 3.5.5, Arch Linux)
Compiler: Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.18-ARCH

I wish the message box that pops up when a specific unarchiving utility cannot be \
found were a bit more informative, e.g. what exact command did Ark attempt to \
execute, and the current PATH as seen by Ark. I was trying to unpack a .lha archive \
and got "The utility is not in your PATH. Please install it or contact your system \
administrator." So I installed lha package from my distribution and it is in \
/usr/bin, but Ark STILL gives the same error message so obviously it is trying to \
launch something other than lha and there is no way for me to find out what I should \
install.
