bot that bad on 2GHz machine, but worst case scenario is when there are some form \
elements in position fixed container in combination with smooth scrolling so cpu \
graph glows red on top and scrolling experience is like turn-based strategy. an \
another example is Zack Rusin blog http://zrusin.blogspot.com/ there are no fixed \
form elements but very big fixed background picture.
