           Summary: unhandled Grp5(R) case 6
           Product: valgrind
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: vex
        AssignedTo: jseward acm org
        ReportedBy: sabretooth gmail com

Version: SVN rev 1668 (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc 4.1.2 20060901 (prerelease) (Debian 4.1.1-13)
OS: Linux

Applications using the PUSH instruction in Mod R/M form with a register as the source \
operand (opcode FF /6) will cause VEX to report "unhandled Grp5(R) case 6" and halt \
execution of the valgrind session through failure_exit().

I will attach a (small) patch to priv/guest-x86/toIR.c that adds support for this \
form of the instruction. I have tested the application I was running through valgrind \
that uses the previously unsupported form of the PUSH instruction, and with the patch \
it behaves as expected; no more crashing.
