I attempted to add an ICQ contact("Add contact...") and clicked "Use the KDE address \
book". However, when I clicked "Create new Entry..." in the second page and filled in \
the name, it didn't show up in the list, nor in KAddressbook in Kontact. I did \
neither receive any feedback for why this failed.

I have no idea what can cause this. My address book is stored on an IMAP server, \
although it works splendidly in other cases and I would be surprised if such a low \
level thing affected Kopete.

I've previously exported Kopete contact to my KDE address book, although I don't \
remember if I did that before or after I converted to an IMAP-stored as opposed to a \
