Presently *.ram (and *.RAM) files are incorectly in the same mimetype/filetype as \
RealAudio (audio/vnd.rn-realaudio).

RAM files should be in a separate mimetype. Also in that separate mimetype there \
should be the option of opening in a text editor, for example Kwrite or Kate as RAM \
files are a text file format.
