I recently updated to kdebase3 Version 3.5.4-64.1 and now the above links are working \
without problems. So you can close this bug :-)
If I would find a site where this error occours I would reopen this bug.

Nevertheless the steps to use the bookmarklet:
Add a bookmarklet
1. Tools --> Minitools --> Edit Minitools
2. --> New Bookmark
2.1 Name: Add 2 MySiteBar
2.2 Location: javascript:w=window;if(w.content){w=w.content};d=w.document;cp=d.charact \
erSet?d.characterSet:d.charset;w.open('http://www.sitebar.netzbox.ch/command.php?comma \
nd=Add%20Link&url='+escape(w.location.href)+'&name='+escape(d.title)+(cp?'&cp='+cp:'') \
,'sbBmkWin','resizable=yes,dependent=yes,width=240,height=480,top=200,left=300,titlebar=yes,scrollbars=yes');void(0)
3. Close the window and save
Use the bookmarklet
1. Go to a website
2. Tools -> Minitools -> Add 2 MySiteBar
3. Now you should get the error
